POSITION SUMMARY: The primary purpose of your job position is to obtain required information and admit residents in an efficient manner, in accordance with established policies and procedures, and as directed by your supervisor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include:

•* Participate in touring and orientation of potential residents/family members*

•* Welcoming and facilitating new admits into the skilled nursing setting, with education and follow up as necessary.*

•* Assist in arranging transportation to other facilities when necessary.*

•* Provide information to resident/families as to Medicare/Medicaid, and other financial assistance programs available to the resident. Provide direct assistance and support to residents/families with the process of application, submission, and coordination with the relevant programs and their offices. *
